Coaching Programmes for Mind-Body Health

 

I provide a range of specialist online coaching programmes.

How the programmes work:

You choose a period of time during which you want to improve a specific aspect of your life or wellbeing. So you know at the outset how many sessions you want to have, and over how long.

In our first session, we start by establishing what you want to achieve from your programme.  Then we create a step-by-step plan to help you get there.

You will then have a series of either 6 or 12 one-to-one consultations during your programme, depending on your preference. We usually meet up every 2 or 4 weeks, and each consultation usually lasts for about 60-75 minutes.

During each session we focus on a specific problem and work through it together.  Then you create your own action plan for improving this aspect of your life (with support and guidance from me).

Coaching is an action-orientated process - it's all about transforming your life, rather than just talking about it.  So, in-between sessions you will complete your goals, plus any recommended reading, or learning suggestions.

If you get stuck, or come across any unexpected problems, you can email me throughout your programme - so you always have access to support if you need it.

Each coaching programme is an individual block of time so when you complete it, you can simply move on with your life. However, you are also welcome to book another programme if you want to. You won't be pressured either way.

 

Programme lengths:

3 months:  Best suited for getting through a difficult situation, or for people who prefer a more intensive and focused approach to creating change.

6 months/ 6 sessions:  This is the most commonly used programme - ideal for exploring issues relating to wellbeing, life or spiritual growth.

6 months/ 12 sessions: A little more intensive, which can make it easier to create changes. So this is a good option for people who are struggling with stress, fatigue, illness, or going through a difficult period of life.

12 months: Ideally suited for people with long-term health conditions, who want longer-term support which is a little less pressured. Also great for people who want to commit to a year of personal or spiritual growth, and want ongoing support through this process.

A roadmap to reach your personal goals

Personal action plan for each consultation

Record your progress on your own coaching portal

Email support for the duration of your programme

A programme of 6 consultations -£360

A programme of 12 consultations - £660
