Can I discuss my situation with you before booking a consultation?

It's best to start by booking your free Discovery Call. This is an introductory 20 minute consultation where we can discuss your situation.  This helps us to work out what is the best approach for you to take going forward.  Sometimes this may be a coaching programme, or I may direct you to a specific type of therapist or natural remedy which I think may be more helpful for you.

What if I do not live locally?

I provide consultations online via Zoom video call. Wherever you are based, if you have access to a computer and the internet, you can book a consultation. So if you have restricted mobility, or if are housebound, you can get the support that you need. Simply contact me by email, or book via the shop page, and we can arrange a mutually convenient appointment. Once we have done this, I will email you a link so that you can access our meeting.  I prefer video calls to telephone consultations wherever possible, because it makes communication easier. 

How many coaching sessions will I need?

I have a minimum requirement  of 6 consultations for anyone who has longer-term concerns, and I recommend the Amethyst programme for people who have chronic fatigue or illness because it will give you the best results.  These situations are more complex, involve multiple factors, and are more easy to change permanently with longer term support.

How do I book a consultation?

Step 1: First, pay for your consultations on the 'Shop' page of my website. If you want to join a payment plan, please follow the links which are situated on the 'Pricing and Subscriptions' page, to set this up.  

Step 2: Next, send me an email to let me know your availability, and I will book you in as soon as possible. Once we arrange a date and time, I will email you a link - you can use this to access our online meeting.  If you have booked a programme of consultations, we can schedule these in during our initial consultation, so it's helpful to have your future availability to hand if possible.

What happens if I need to cancel my appointment?

My policy is that I require 48 hours notice before cancelling or re-scheduling consultations. Any cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a fee of 50% of the consultation price.

This policy is in place to help keep appointments available for people who need them, to encourage attendance for coaching, and to show mutual respect for each other.
